I’ve banked with this location since I was old enough to have my own bank account. This past month every single time I’ve been through the drive thru the bank tellers have been RUDE. She’s rolled her eye’s at me about needing two forums of ID to deposit cash. My wallet had been stolen and I was in the process of getting a new bank card, etc. All I have is an ID. John Ford is an absolute amazing person he is quite literally the definition of customer relationship and how customer service should be provided, went above and beyond to help me and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile and do what is needed to help me out thanks again John
