Very slow staff in customer service area , I spent 2 hours to just wire amount.
Horrible wait time!! & Don’t go towards end of business day, the Employees have key in hand ready to lock the door seconds before closing time!! They stand and complain about how they “Can’t wait to close”. Unacceptable!!!!
Theyre polite very nice
Worst bank ive had, long lines and never has real bank hours seems like they close on there own time had to open another bank to work for me on my time.
