Hice una cita a las 10:00 am con Luis y se le ocurre llegar como 30 minutos sino es que más tarde, cual es el chiste en hacer cita si te van atender cuando se les pegue la gana? Horrible servicio la verdad

Its upsetting when you get to the bank and only the commercial lane and 1 regular lane is open and you have cars waiting. The other 2 lanes are closed dont understand why if they were open it can go alot faster.. this branch has this problem alot especially on Saturdays. Ridiculous waiting more than 15 min and still waiting.
