I just opened an account 2 mo ago & looking for a better Bank, when I come here, (this is my 4th time) & I see big lines till the front door & 1 - 2 cashiers, today is just one🤦🏻♀️ July 31 2026 12:13 pm and is taking for ever.
Victoria helped me today. I had a deposit with a few hiccups and she was super helpful and nice.
Very slow staff in customer service area , I spent 2 hours to just wire amount.
Horrible wait time!! & Don’t go towards end of business day, the Employees have key in hand ready to lock the door seconds before closing time!! They stand and complain about how they “Can’t wait to close”. Unacceptable!!!!
