Friend was unbelievably fast
Sat in the drive through for twelve minutes without so much as being greeted. Was here overall for 21 minutes for a simple deposit/to deposit one check. I’ve never been in a bank drive-thru for this long. I was on the fence about switching banks. This was my sign to do so. If they cannot hire the quality or quantity of people to accomplish a simple task timely, how can I trust them with securing/holding my money?

Slow as hell. They obviously do not have enough competent people working at this location. Stood in line for at least 45 mins. There were only 3 people ahead of me and only 1 teller helping people.
The worst service I got in this location , stuff was very unhelpful , I waited for ever to get seen by someone , very rude . I been with Wells Fargo for a 20 years almost . But I finally decided to close my account and find a different bank that’s gonna respect their customer.
