Terrible customer service in this branch I feel like the whole Wells Fargo banking corporation has gone downhill severely.
Having made my 2nd appointment today to open a business bank account, after banking with Wells Fargo for over 25 years, I am extremely displeased at the lack of customer service and lack of consideration that the “Vice President” JYOTI GOKHALE exemplified today. She was persistent that if her 4:00 appointment came in that she would have to cease the application and I could complete online or reschedule to come in another day. Rude, understaffed, incompetent trash bank
Just went in today to close an account I've had with this particular branch since it was First Union. 25+ years! I've never had an overdraft or any issues. My accounts have always been in good standing. They were more than happy to close the account. Very eager, in fact. No one at this branch greets you when you enter, or bothers to say much at all. I felt like I was unwelcome, which has been the case here quite often over the past few years.
