The customer service at this branch was very disappointing. One employee acted as if she owned the bank rather than helping customers professionally and respectfully. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and several employees seemed uninterested in assisting customers. What should have been a simple visit took much longer than necessary due to the lack of urgency and customer care. Worst experience ever faced since I have started banking.
Every time I go in this branch I walk out saying to myself that I will never bank with them ever again. Today I asked a simple question and got smart answer from one of the bankers. Will take my money somewhere else.
My experience with Ms. Jyoti was not the best throughout the conversation; she did not seem very willing to help me. She questioned my level of English, which made me feel uncomfortable, especially since we had been talking for several minutes. I believe that in a customer service environment, it is important for people to feel listened to and treated with respect. I hope my comment will help improve the experience for other customers.
