Yep, the reviews are accurate. Self imposed inconvenience to do your Wells Fargo business here. For no sophisticated reason at all, they will not do things other Wells Fargo branches do. Just because. Took 10 minutes for me to find out they will not assist. Also unusual considering most branches will approach you when waiting for the teller. The manager is most definitely, in need of replacement.

Mrs. Williams the branch manager has to be the laziest branch manager, I have ever encountered in over twenty years of doing business with your bank.
