Betzaira was very rude today. Over-talking me when I was trying to get an understanding of their process for check cashing. Betzaira failed to explain the policy properly. Tracy, the manager came over after I asked for her. She defended Betzaira, and said "she's never been a problem" to try and diminish what I was saying when I'm trying to explain my experience. My daughter is looking to open a new bank account, I will make sure to tell her to skip Wells Fargo!
