Have had horrible service the past couple years at Lincoln Heights branch. Even with remodel and more staff they continue to be on their personal phones, sitting in associates offices while customers wait. It's too bad management doesn't experience what customers do! Been a member for years but not worth it when you can easily walk or drive across the street to 3 other Financial Banks. Do better Wells...for all your other customers--we have choices.
Worst bank ever! Stay far away!
Don't visit them. Apparently, they're understaffed, and the staff they have doesn't have the slightest idea about customer service. I sat there for over 20 minutes, and no one could help me. They watched me sit and ignored me. No one came over to tell me what I needed. It's truly the worst store I've ever visited.
No atm and they are under construction.
Went in to see if I could get paper copies of my statements, as well as getting the app. My daughter had made an appointment, as I am very hard of hearing. We were helped precisely at the time of our appointment by Roel Gonzales. He was just great! He even helped me put the app on my phone. I know most people could do this on their own, but I’m almost 80, and I just don’t get it. He was very patient and courteous. Thank you for your help, Roel, and for being so kind.
