I had a quick question recently and ran in to this location to ask. I was seen quickly and the teller gave me a friendly and helpful answer. We returned yesterday to set up an account for my teenage daughter. Chandrika was amazing. She was knowledgeable and kind and efficient.
Working with Rania made the difference for me, she is extremely helpful and reassuring to know that someone actually cares about their work.
I agree with the other negative reviews. I have been a customer since the name was Wachovia and rudeness and lack of concern displayed by the bankers toward clients is unacceptable. I went in to have a simple signature on a document notarized and the manager told me that the one person who could notarize was busy and unless I had an appointment I would just need to be patient. Brett Alan Albrecht, the store manager, was extremely rude! Waited for 15 minutes over scheduled appointment time, no one approached to help us so I asked him if anyone can help me to open a CD account, he yelled at me that you should leave if you don't want to wait!
We have been associated with for at least 40 years. Have never had a single problem. The staff is always so courteous and helpful. Thank you to the associates.
