Wells Fargo – Baymeadows Branch Extremely slow and unprofessional service. I tried to make a simple deposit and it took an unreasonable amount of time to complete. Then today, I went in to open an account, and despite there being almost no customers—only two employees present—they told us they couldn’t assist and basically asked us to leave. What an absolute horrible company. With very few exceptions, every member of management and higher ups are the worst. Empty promises. Overworked staff. Do yourself a favor and don’t bank here. Like ever. Literally go to any other company.
Manuel Rincon did an excellent job on my last visit. All the staff were friendly & knowledgeable.
I went to this bank today to deposit a cashiers check which was issued earlier in the day by my credit union. They informed me that the check wasn't verified which she wrote on the check. So I went across the street to speak to my credit union and they said they don't normally verify cashiers checks because those funds have already been deducted from my account. I just went to a tellers window today to get some cash. Sheri was the teller and she was very professional and surprisingly she was nice enough to talk a bit as nobody else was in the bank. I am writing this review because she is a good representative of the bank and she changed my day. She was very pleasant and I appreciate the fact that she was professional and kind enough to not be robotic! Made my day and hope to make hers!
