Manuel Rincon did an excellent job on my last visit. All the staff were friendly & knowledgeable.
I went to this bank today to deposit a cashiers check which was issued earlier in the day by my credit union. They informed me that the check wasn't verified which she wrote on the check. So I went across the street to speak to my credit union and they said they don't normally verify cashiers checks because those funds have already been deducted from my account. I just went to a tellers window today to get some cash. Sheri was the teller and she was very professional and surprisingly she was nice enough to talk a bit as nobody else was in the bank. I am writing this review because she is a good representative of the bank and she changed my day. She was very pleasant and I appreciate the fact that she was professional and kind enough to not be robotic! Made my day and hope to make hers!
It saddens me to write this review. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for decades. Personal and business relationships. I have always thought them to be the standard in excellent customer service. That opinion didn’t change until today. I thought Michael was a great guy and someone who would go above and beyond. However I was proven wrong when I was in a situation and had the branch manager from Houston call. Michael was unprofessional, rude and condescending.
