You lost a 10-year customer over a $3 bullshit charge for a paper check. I guess Wells Fargo has so many lawsuits that they're trying to squeeze every penny that they can out of their customers.
Why does the specific location always take so long for the simplest things? I dread having to use this location. It's not just once or twice. Every. Single . Time. It feels like they are permanently understaffed, as well as the tellers being completely inept at basic level banking.
