The drive up ATM is disgusting. Covered in dead bugs. Regular problem here but rarely cleaned.
I’m just here to brag on Courtney! Listen, after a busy rush I came in and she was happy to take me. I had just upgraded my phone and my Zelle and Apple Pay was acting up. It would not allow me to use it because of the phone upgrade. She worked almost 45 min to get this resolved. She said she would follow up and honestly I don’t ever believe a banker when they say that lol I mean life gets busy. When I tell you this beautiful lady called me today to follow up and make sure my Zelle was working!! Now that’s customer service!!... read more
