One of my favorite Wells Fargo locations ever.
Terrible service at this location. Supposedly have a "preferred" banker however "she" does not respond to messages left or email. I have had WF for over 20 years and never experienced such lack of customer service especially from this Ortega location.
I came to withdraw money from my payment card that is not from well Fargo and they said that I could not withdraw money because the card does not have any name always every month I come to this bank and for the first time they tell me that I can not withdraw my money

The supervisor was disrespectful and did nothing to help. I’ve always done this transaction at this branch without issues, but this time the service was awful. I went in to open an account. Was told the banker was not available even though I could see her and she did not seem busy. Then was told to book an appointment online. Not good customer service.
