The staff is beyond rude, especially Dejah.
*UPDATE FEB 2025* Been using them for a year now and still no complaints as far as basic banking is concerned. I have been using WF in FL for my daily checking, savings, and bill pay for about 3 months now and have no complaints. The mobile app and online banking are great, and the one interaction I had with my local branch customer service was good.
Opened my acct online came in to make a deposit. What a great bank with outstanding customer service. My “now” Primary bank!
