Tell me, guys, why do I even keep my money at your bank? I honestly still have no idea. Today turned into a complete scavenger hunt just to get access to my OWN money. We visited THREE different locations today, and at every single one: “Cash is not available.” If this happened once in a while, fine — things happen. But this is NOT occasional. Our banker Allen went above and beyond to help educate and answer all of my son’s questions while helping us open a teen account. He was very pleasant to work with and my son learned a lot. Thank you for the positive experience!
Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks in the US from experience. My elderly mother is being charged $15/month just to have an account. Meanwhile, students are not. So much for loyalty. She's had an account since 1989. SHAME on Wells Fargo.
