Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks in the US from experience. My elderly mother is being charged $15/month just to have an account. Meanwhile, students are not. So much for loyalty. She's had an account since 1989. SHAME on Wells Fargo.

Let me start off by saying this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at this branch. Samuel G was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was so kind and helpful, he definitely deserves a raise, so he better be getting one soon! Everything was done so quickly and efficiently, I was very impressed! 10/10 would recommend seeing Samuel if you get the chance.
