One of the worse Wells Fargo around. There is never more than one person working the counter or the drive thru even on Fridays, one of busiest bank days of the week and still nobody working. Then the manager will be walking around asking if you need help but won't do anything just walks around staring at people. Just horrible customer service, and this isn't just one bad experience this happens so many times here it's ridiculous, only reason I come is because it's right next to my office. Always 1 teller. Everyone else standing around doing nothing. Easy 20 min wait for anything.
The teller, Isabella, was the best help for me today. She handled my deposits in a timely manner, and I appreciate her kindness!
Keiko is an amazing bank teller. Always so nice and enthusiastic. I normally only go to the town center location but she makes me feel safe as well banking at this location. honestly if she wasn't at this location i wouldn't come here ! Keep up an amazing job.
