This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Every time I changed my address before, I was given the necessary document without any issues. This time, I came in for the exact same service, but no one was willing to help me. My questions were ignored, and the staff showed no interest in assisting me. The lack of professionalism and poor attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. Update: Horrible customer service. Was going through a rough patch and my account was closed. Went today to try and reopen the 31 year old account. Was told that the bankers couldn't see me despite being available with no customers. They lost that account today. Have been transferring my account after the death of my mother and they have been extremely helpful the whole time. Richard Gulledge was my banker today and was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional. Definitely an asset to the bank.
The newly remodeled bank looks terrific.
