For a company this large they never have anyone working and if so they like to play the its not my job game.
I had a great experience. Manny Rincon was so helpful. He helped me set up a savings account so I could get a safe deposit box. He even called me a few days later to make sure everything was going good. Extremely helpful and extremely professional. Thanks Manny and Wells Fargo
