My brother went in to get a $100 bill broken down into smaller bills and they told him that they only exchange bills for account holders. I went inside because I am an account holder and have been for 10 years; I was not asked if I held an account, for my ID, or for my debit card—the teller simply exchanged the $100 bill for me. What’s going on here?
Love Wells Fargo, but this branch is a little odd. The manager came out, shook hands and gave his card to the two people at the teller windows, the lady in front of me and the guy behind me. There was no one else there. He totally bypassed me and went to his office. I guess my cloak of invisibility is going strong. The sad part is my mom wants to buy a house so I would have given her his card for a loan and of course I was not there as me, but representing the company.
