I don’t know why this location has bad reviews because my experience was excellent. Jerusalem was very professional and kind. The appointment was on time and smooth.

The worst welsfargo branch!not even deserve one star!they sent me an email to provide some documents to not to close my bank account,i went to this branch and gave them all the required documents and they told me they will call me to inform me about the result,but it was a lie,they never called me and totally ignored me!!they are going to close my bank account soon,i don't like welsfargo anymore,I will close my account myself.
