They were really rude to me, I just wanted to change my coins to cash but I guess that made me look like a poor person who deserves to be talked down to. "We'll go far for you" but only if you bring in fat stacks
I know Wells-Fargo has gotten a lot of bad press but they have never been nothing but nice to me. It's the only place I would ever go.
I work in the banking industry and have heard grumbling over the years about Wells Fargo, poor service, fraud, etc. Fortunately I have never experienced any of this as a customer for many years with them. I do have to say, 2 or 3 years ago I needed to go by the Riverside Branch in Jacksonville, which I rarely have the need to ever visit a branch, and was absolutely blown away by the level of service provided. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years. Coming to this branch has renewed my faith not only in this company but humanity itself. LaTonya Adams and Leonel Fernandez have made this branch my favorite location. The whole staff has supreme customer service.
