Awful customer service, they do not care about helping, just want to get rid of you
Worst bank in Rome, Georgia. They only have a few workers. My mother had an appointment but they only said it will be a little longer and to be patient. Nevermind being patient. They weren't in any hurry to get to the next customer. Stay away from this bank. It should be closed. They don't care about their customers.
Worst Bank in Rome GA, bad customer service/management. Came in 1hr before closing, just needed to add spouse to my bank account before leaving on a trip. Something that can take 5-10 min to do and was told I needed to have an appointment, SMH. Went ahead and removed 95% of funds out. Highly do not recommend this bank!
