Worst Bank in Rome GA, bad customer service/management. Came in 1hr before closing, just needed to add spouse to my bank account before leaving on a trip. Something that can take 5-10 min to do and was told I needed to have an appointment, SMH. Went ahead and removed 95% of funds out. Highly do not recommend this bank!
This bank branch went above and beyond. Matthew Rhodes, the banker who helped me, was patient, professional, and friendly and guided me through a process that required extensive attention to detail. His colleagues were helpful and friendly as well. I am quite impressed. They set the bar for a first-class banking experience.
I just witnessed the dismal customer service at this..ahem…establishment. My mother had just been dealing with funeral fraud and she went in to clear up any issues and put her mind at ease. The person who I’m guessing was the manager, some woman with long streaky bronde hair, just snapped at her in a nasally voice to call the 800 number. Since when does being abrupt in a snotty tone of voice equal professionalism?
