I went in to cancel the "estate account" I opened after my mom passed away. Instead they canceled my main account that was initially my mom's, but she had added me after she got really sick. I also was expecting around $140,000 to be sent to my main account that I am now having to re-route to another bank because of their error. There were absolutely no checks and balances before they canceled the wrong account. Highly disappointed and will never be back to bank with them ever again!! I have been here more than once with only ONE teller open.....and during the "busy time" of the day. Y'all can be better than this.....you know when the busy time will be......put some more tellers on. I've been with Wells Fargo for several, several years. All other locations have multiple tellers during peek hours.....Be better.
Bank sucks went to cash in change and they wouldn't take it. I thought there was a coin shortage. Guess not. Never even asked if I wanted to open an account
