If I could give this establishment a zero I would. Horrible experience, the guard was cool the branch manager is incompetent
I am so disappointed in Wells Fargo Bank. Today I went to the only open Wells Fargo branch in Malibu, to deposit a rather large check. There were several bankers at their desks but only one teller to help customers. A line of customers formed outside the bank, as the guard only let one person in at a time! In the middle of a wind storm the unperturbed bank employees were sitting in their chairs while we dealt with the heavy cold wind outside. Yesterday I approached the bank around closing time unaware they were about to close and the guard nicely opened the door a crack to let me know they were closed and I’m not that well Of hearing. However, while the guard was trying to let me know, a thin white woman who I believe is one of the bankers named “Angela” was screaming at her to close the door . I felt horrible for the guard.
