I Called and asked what was required to open an account for my teen prior to coming in. When we got there two tellers confirmed we were good to go. We sat and waited while the banker took a personal phone call for 30 minutes. When the banker came in, she was clearly not interested in helping us. She then demanded another form of ID. I don’t know how many ID’s they expect a 15 year old to have.
