Worst bank experience by far. Staff was unfriendly, nobody answers phones and they take the easiest most lazy route. Always go to the location on George washington memorial highway
I found myself in a very sudden and very dire situation and after spending a big portion of an afternoon calling multiple banks with no good news, I was able to come to the kiln creek location and was helped immediately despite not having an appointment. Melissa met every need I had & had an extremely positive energy all around despite me coming in last minute and potentially disrupting the time of her actual appointment. I could not possibly have had any better of an outcome given the situation. Absolutely recommend!
Don’t go to Wells Fargo at all they will close your account for no reason they did it to me. I gave him no reason to close my account but all of a sudden is closed now I’m trying to get a hold of him to change my address cause I have to move so they can send me what was in my account and I can’t get a hold of nobody do not go to Wells Fargo.
