I was on the phone when becky was being rude, unprofessional, and degrading clients for no reason. You work in customer service you should probably act like it. This isn’t the local dive bar.
Went to deposit my money into my bank accounts as I routinely do and Becky in customer service was super unprofessional, giggly and snarky regarding the amount of ones I brought into deposit. Please be respectful the high school commentary is crazy. Immediately after she said welcomes to Wells Fargo she asked I brought anything for her from her and her coworkers never meeting this lady in my life. Whole interaction was unprofessional and didn’t leave me feeling good.
Do not go to this branch!!!!!!!!If you’re any type minority. There is a manager that unless you look like her neighbor she will do the best to make sure you won’t get what you looking for.
