I had an appointment with Alexandria Jones. She coped an attitude with me when I did do something she wanted me to do concerning another account not related to why I was there. She gave me a lower interested rate on my CD renewal because I wouldn't change something on another account. Who is she working for?
Horrific Experience! I’ve been a reluctant Wells Fargo customer since they bought out 3 previous banks (over 20 years of continuous banking). Today was the proverbial last straw. Horrible customer service (except Dan…not the manager). Refused to deposit checks for my business that we deposit several times a week. Talking policy rather than 8 years of business checking relationship. We have NEVER been turned down depositing before. Recently, I had my second racially profiled encounter with the bank teller, Grace Hathaway (the first encounter happened at Old Pointe National Bank where she previously worked months ago). Even with me providing two proper forms of identification- she would not allow me to cash a check from my employer (who banks with WF) and lied about it being a “deposit only” check.
