The last easy to access and park at Wells Fargo in downtown JAX. They closed all the others and this one only has.one teller behind the counter on a Monday morning with a line 8 people deep. Welcome to the new America. If you're coming here for a deposit or cash a check bring your lunch....you'll be here a while.
Branch Manager is wonderful. Nice location assistance.
This is by far the worst Wells Fargo location in the city. Very poor customer service and most importantly very rude Branche Managers. It always seems to be a issue when I write a check to another person. It seems the Branch manager needs additional training on how to speak to customers without being rude. The tellers are no better and they all seems lazy with a nasty attitude. I've had no issues with other Branches and the staff seems to be very professional. Worst branch in the city. They do not answer your questions all they want to do is say they can’t help you or transfer your calls. This is shameful. I need a bank manager
If you value your sanity, time, or money, avoid this criminal institution at all cost. I unfortunately opened an estate account since my family member banked with them. They opened the account using the deceased persons address, which led to the account being closed and all correspondence being sent to the incorrect location. They closed the account without notifying the only living person associated with the account and sent the check to the deceased address. Since no one was there to sign for it, fedex sent the check back.... read more
