Used to be a good branch but they closed the drive thru tellers and then the business window and never have enough people to wait on customers behind the counter but everyone is behind a desk trying to open accounts
Not sure why people still bank here with all the lawsuits they have.
The last easy to access and park at Wells Fargo in downtown JAX. They closed all the others and this one only has.one teller behind the counter on a Monday morning with a line 8 people deep. Welcome to the new America. If you're coming here for a deposit or cash a check bring your lunch....you'll be here a while.
Branch Manager is wonderful. Nice location assistance.
