Can never reach anyone by phone! I went to this branch to meet with a banker and she promised to follow up on something but I didn’t see any progress so I tried to call her at the phone number on her card, which is also the phone number of the branch. I tried multiple times on several different days at different hours, and no one picked up the call. And there is no way you can leave message to follow up.
