Update 11/14/2025 I replied to "Mary", got an email with the usual platitudes. As far as I know, nothing was done by Wells Fargo. Conclusion is that reaching out to "Mary" was a waste of my time. Original post below: The employee at the cubicle was rude, obnoxious, arrogant, unprofessional, Ignorant of bank services, poor social skills.
