I’m frustrated that Wells Fargo requires customers to visit a branch in person just to add a beneficiary. This is a basic account management feature that most banks allow securely online or over the phone. Requiring an in-branch visit is inconvenient, time-consuming, and outdated especially for customers with busy schedules or limited access to a nearby branch. I would strongly recommend updating your processes to allow beneficiaries to be added digitally with proper verification.
They are always responsive and helpful at Lake Murray branch.
