BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO TO THIS BANK! I WAS RECENTLY FOLLOWED AND ROBBED!! THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO KNEW I TOOK OUT THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY WERE TELLERS IN THE BANK THIS DAY AND THE 3 OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE! BE VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE IT COULD BE SOMEONE FROM THE INSIDE! THE BRANCH MANAGER DID ESCALATE MY COMPLAINT AND WAS VERY KIND ABOUT THE MATTER. BECAUSE OF HER I AM GIVING STARS. THE ESCALATION DEPARTMENT HAS HANDLED THIS MATTER POORLY AS WELL. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO LODI AS THE OTHER REVIEW MENTIONED!
It's a small and friendly bank experience, hard to find nowadays
When to deposit a check like I always do and trying to get some money out of my account. And she start asking all kind of questions I polite zey to her that it was not my first check to deposit and get some money out of my checking account and she deny service to me I ask her to speak to a supervisor and she say was the supervisor and very rude person and disrespectful person she is .
