I come to this bank all the time and they wouldn't let me deposit a legit check my friend gave me, all because I wrote my own name in a different ink, they think im trying to do a fraud, very judgmental employees, she didn't even try to ask her manager, she just shook her head like nope!
I had funds in account and i tried to withdrawal and the banker and the manager said that they cant do that because the check deposited has not been received fully. Common man, if it is not fully received why it is showing in the account and also then how the online transfer go through if this was the case. Horrible service with bullshit reason
Can get pretty busy here. Sometimes the line is long and not enough tellers but they do have some new tellers that are doing well. Candace was all alone one day with a line but she managed to get through it without any help. She was patient and polite with every customer despite some of them being rude. Grateful anytime she helps me.
