I'm so glad I no longer bank at Wells Fargo. I took my mom in today and they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in VA. They are not very wheelchair-friendly either. They do have a divet in the parking lot to get to the sidewalk, but that's where the accessibility ends. The doors are not electric, so you have to try to open the door and navigate the wheelchair in at the same time, which is fun.
