Since I opened my account with Horace at the East Hartford branch I have never had any issues with any transaction done. Friendly and great customer service from both Horace and the tellers. Horace was patient with me and explained things slowly and made opening an account fast and efficient.
I called this branch multiple times and not one person answered, multiple times.
