I arrived at this Wells Fargo branch Bank prior to opening for my 9:00 a.m. appointment that was scheduled 4 months prior. The teller called over her supervisor and they told me I did not have an appointment and that I needed to go to a different branch to see the banker who made the original appointment with me. They were rude and condescending. They told me if I wanted to stay there I would have to wait my turn , an unspecified amount of time. I said thank you and left the bank, never to return. Nick the teller is a 5 star employee, super impressed and that's hard. The only reason why I gave it four stars is cuz Wells Fargo's just an average Bank. Not the worst but not the best. But this review is mainly for Nick. He should get a raise and you should be lucky to have him at your branch.
