Very poor personality and costumer service of the Bank manager. She is more of concern of her lunch break than working on my business. Hence I was able to withdraw my money to the other Wellsfargo bank in West Covina without no problem at all. I will never go to this bank anymore. If there is an option of ZERO STAR, I would press that too.
I had a very disappointing experience with Daniela that left me feeling judged and unwelcome. She questioned deposits I made into my business account simply because I was conducting business through my personal account. (I was looked at and treated as a criminal!!
