I had an unpleasant experience with this location, the bankers here are extremely dismissive, impatient, and a bit condescending. I came back today to get a spelling correction of my name (literally 1 extra letter in my name to be removed) all I got was a bunch of excuses (stated: "I have to check with the back office, "It's a federal legal thing", "You need an appointment" etc. etc.) and was just basically given the run around on why they couldn't help me, even though I had all the proper Federal Documents proving my identi... read more
