I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Wells Fargo. I was on the phone assisting a caregiver who was physically at the bank trying to get help with a missing check. From the moment the interaction started, it was clear that both the teller and the supervisor had no interest in actually helping resolve the issue. While I was on the phone, they repeatedly spoke over me and the caregiver, cutting us off every time we tried to explain the situation.
