I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Wells Fargo. I was on the phone assisting a caregiver who was physically at the bank trying to get help with a missing check. From the moment the interaction started, it was clear that both the teller and the supervisor had no interest in actually helping resolve the issue. Maureen assisted me with a withdrawal as well as with a deposit into another account which all went fine. I asked if I could have the current CD rates printed. Maureen informed me they were listed online and I let her know I was aware but needed it on physical paper.
