Not surprised with the rating of this branch at all, why is no one from the corporate taking note of this . I reported this branch to the corporate. Banker part off this branch very rude and unhelpful manager is just walking around instead of helping the costumers. If they short stuffed you should help as well.
Service is Too slow
Unprofessional and unorganized was 10 minutes early to my appointment, More than 30 minutes later they still didn’t bother checking up or letting me know they were running behind or that they couldn’t make it to our appointment.
You can't walk in and see a banker You have to schedule an appointment.
This is a nice branch with friendly tellers. Today Gabe helped me notarize a document and was nice to talk to. I am grateful this branch is here. Thanks!
