It's a bank
I waited in line today for 20 minutes today. Granted they were busy and I understand that. I waited patiently. They are one of the slowest banks I have ever visited. They do not get in a hurry at all. Anyway, I go every month to deposit cash into my landlord's business account. I don't know the account number and so the tellers usually just ask for my ID and find the account by its business name. The lady today was extremely rude and said no they don't do that. My experiences have always been positive at the Oviedo branch. The staff is top-notch! Stacey, Paula, Yvette, Lolita, Randy are all very professional, personable, and knowledgeable.
Thank God for the manager because the customer service from her down is complete garbage the teller is completely incompetent and unwilling to do the simplest of tasks.
