So disappointed. When I arrived, I was told that no tellers were available for at least 45 minutes, and my communication with Wells Fargo since has been abysmal. Six days afterwards was told if I could make an appointment to see a teller? Customer service is clearly not a priority.

They employ friendly people, but they royally you-know-what-ed me financially. I set up a business checking account, spent hours and multiple trips to get everything set up, got the bank verified with my state government contacts, and then, my business bank account was randomly closed right as I was about to receive a large deposit. I received a lot of apologies and statements of confusion, but they ultimately told me that I could not set up a business account with them for undisclosed issues with my lease agreement. I got excellent customer service experience at this branch. The bannker helped me to resolve my issue even after past closing time. I came to this branch after receiving bad customer service from other branch. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me.
