Worst bank ever! My husband has bank there for several years... he has Alzheimer's and now he needs help with his deposits and cashing checks. I bank at a different bank ... because of his Alzheimer's and doesn't understand some simple transactions, i came in to the bank to help him/cashier to make transaction because he wasn't able to. All I wanted to do was make a simple 1,000 DEPOSIT! No deposit allowed??? They said... I had his ID, signed check and deposit slip. 20 minutes for a teller?? That is ridiculous
So disappointed. When I arrived, I was told that no tellers were available for at least 45 minutes, and my communication with Wells Fargo since has been abysmal. Six days afterwards was told if I could make an appointment to see a teller? Customer service is clearly not a priority.
