I like the staff they are very good but impossible to speak to a banker on the phone to ask questions that can’t be answered online !
I just hate wells Fargo . This is the third location I’ve been too and they all suck . Never have change . Always low staffed . I talked to the manager at this location but I’m sure it’s not going to make a difference….. the girls had an attitude and think I didn’t peep it .,…. Won’t be back .
I want to thank Petar for going out of his way to facilitate a recent safety deposit retrieval. He is an energetic branch manager who seems to always be on the floor watching things. I also thank Petar for referring us to Javier, a banker, who was patient and accommodating. He spent a lot of time with us. I found Javier helpful and easy to talk to in handling outdated account issues. Big thanks to both of them.
