I enjoyed this bank every time I Goh.It's mood sailing the only thing that I don't like is new people working there? And they don't know or realize what they're doing. And they makes us customers a little frustrated. But overall there are 3 women there and a man who is very nice and tend to me. And they get the job done and the building is very clean and neat. I just had a complicated issue and showed up without any appt. I was hesitant to come to this branch because of the reviews. But I honestly it was a wonderful experience. Especially Nastassia Lee. This lady stayed with me for an hour trying to help me sort the problem I myself created. Sure they may be short staffed. But they are multitasking to the best of their ability.

I am a visitor from out of town. I used the Wells Fargo ATM to get cash, but the machine only dispenses large bills. So I went inside to get change. No. No change unless I had an account. So I went just up the street to Chase, where they were happy to give me change. OK Wells Fargo, I will never use you again when I'm traveling. Fail.
