I am a visitor from out of town. I used the Wells Fargo ATM to get cash, but the machine only dispenses large bills. So I went inside to get change. No. No change unless I had an account. So I went just up the street to Chase, where they were happy to give me change. OK Wells Fargo, I will never use you again when I'm traveling. Fail.
Today I experienced the worst customer service at the New York Ave Branch.. My daughter received her accident check from her lawyer, right in front of the branch.. They deposited the check and teller stated all I need was an approval. When we stated no problem.. after 20 mins tell comes back and tells us we need to verify check. Once again we said not a problem we will sit down and wait and wait and wait after 45 mins teller comes out after speaking to 3 different tellers and told us that they could not deposit the check as ... read more
