I made an appointment to get a document notarized and was helped by such a kind and professional young lady named Francesca. I cannot say enough about how helpful and pleasant she was. Thank you so much, my banking experience thus far with Wells Fargo has been excellent!

My mother went to go withdraw money and they just said they weren’t able to, she has to drive to the next nearest bank to maybe get some help.
Wells Fargo has some of the most ridiculous policies regarding wire transfers. No matter how much they try to tell one "they are just protecting your security" it is not accurate. No other banks I have accounts with operate like this. Our business does 10+ wires per month. We use various other banks, every one of which do online wire transfers.
