Andrew provided excellent customer service today, as well as the other kind employees. Andrew helped me right before closing, and he did so with a positive attitude and a smile on his face! I really enjoyed my experience today, thanks to the great team.
My mother went to go withdraw money and they just said they weren’t able to, she has to drive to the next nearest bank to maybe get some help.
Wells Fargo has some of the most ridiculous policies regarding wire transfers. No matter how much they try to tell one "they are just protecting your security" it is not accurate. No other banks I have accounts with operate like this. Our business does 10+ wires per month. We use various other banks, every one of which do online wire transfers. This branch is phenomenal. always helpful, courteous kind, and personable shout out to Francesca and Jason Clark for the hospitality.
The lady at the drive thru, instructed me to come in because change couldn’t go through the transport tube, I figured as much, I come inside and she was extremely polite and thanked me for banking for 5 years. She definitely made me feel valued and worth walking in. I wish banking was always like this (also I am apart of the younger generation) technology isn’t always the best method. Human to human interaction is where it should be Thank you for helping!
