I've been banking with them since around 2016. I've never had any issues with them. Would recommend.
Jennifer is insane and the way she speaks to people is not okay why she's still working there is beyond me management do something
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never had a bad experience with Wells Fargo until I came to this specific one. Every single time me and my family have been to this location, Jennifer is soo disrespectful to us. She treats us like we're beneath her and talks to us like we're dumb while she's talking to everyone else differently. When I first visited this location there was this short bank teller there named Jennifer who has always been really rude to me. It happened 4 times prior to my last visit . Finally I told the manager and she got another teller to assist me. Well this last visit the same teller Jennifer attended to me and let me tell you she is such a sarcastic, rude, unwelcoming character. Everyone at this location is very nice but one employee whose name is Jennifer . She always starts off nice then ends up being really nasty acting . She makes a fast visit to the bank very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. There’s days that I just take the extra 15 minute drive to go to another location simply because every time I go to this specific location one Jennifer never fails to make it a bad visit. Jeninifer definitely needs coaching on people skills and soft skills.
