Customer service stinks
My local branch closed in May. Stopped by the Loucks Rd. branch today to setup an appointment to do some changes to my personal banking. Britney Latham was available and took care of the changes immediately. She also showed me some new credit card options that would be more beneficial to me. Britney was friendly and very professional. I will be using this branch for all my banking in the future.
