Customer service stinks
My local branch closed in May. Stopped by the Loucks Rd. branch today to setup an appointment to do some changes to my personal banking. Britney Latham was available and took care of the changes immediately. She also showed me some new credit card options that would be more beneficial to me. Britney was friendly and very professional. I will be using this branch for all my banking in the future.
ERIN FULLENLOVE This is a review just on her, we are having a hard time finding a bank that does same day debit cards because we are living on the road as truckers. Erin went above and beyond to help us find something. Unfortunately we are still looking for something but it was truly nice to have someone that cares about you and what you’re going through.
