To add an example of how screwed up WF is, today I tried to make a CASH deposit into my daughter's checking account, at the Renton, WA branch today. WF told me that they had stopped taking cash deposits into an account that was not my own, effective early 2018. I had to go pay $20 to another bank to wire the deposit into the account. If I had tried to deposit a check, they would have placed a hold on it for days. Since when does a bank refuse a cash deposit?? Was new to the area & went into a few of the banks in the area. They wouldn't make simple change for me without setting up an account. If that's customer service then I want no part of them. Treat me right then earn my service. Demanding my service just chased me out the door. Really with so many options out there? I also get my tires from the guys that fix flats for free because they provide the best customer service. SIMPLE!
They would not break a $50 bill for me because I'm not a customer.
