One star to Irene, the sad woman on a notary power trip who wouldn't notarize my 92 year old father's documents. First, I asked if she would be able to notarize the papers where he was sitting, close to the door, as he is 92 and has difficulty walking. She refused saying notaries had to be done in an office... Really???
