Very disappointing customer service. I came into this branch because I had forgotten the PIN for my debit card and needed assistance. An employee told me to sit down and wait, so I did. While I was waiting, the staff were having a personal conversation among themselves about hair dye, shampoo, body wash, and other unrelated topics instead of assisting customers.
