Super slow service
Really surprised to see such low ratings! We had an amazing experience with WF. Sanjeeta was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and patient. She helped us by resolving multiple issues. I can say without hesitation that Wells Fargo is lucky to have Sanjeeta! Keep up the good job!
No matter what day and time l walk in at this Bank all the Employees are on lunch no one is available to assist only one person l believe her nationality is India. Very poor customer service saying that no one is available not even herself they should have a not available sign on the door or have the close sign so no one bother to come in. This is happening all the time, please don’t waste your gas to come here they have no one to assist you. No customer service to assist you in any needs 0 stars
For the 5th time I have come to this van and they can never change the checks, I only deposit it at the ATM but it keeps showing up and you spend only your time there, they should change it to just the ATM.
