No options to deposit cash via ATM, and going inside is just as useless. Watching paint dry would be faster!
I would rather drive to North Macon to make a deposit then come to this branch. I manage a business from large chain. If any of our stores have half of the 1 star reviews this branch has the manager and assistant manager would have been fired long ago. This tells me corporate either doesnt really monitor or doesnt care. But this is par for the course for Wells Fargo that as a company has a google rating of below 3. This company as a whole needs new leadership
They act like they are doing us a favor, maybe we should all close our accounts and take our money somewhere else. They also close the drive thru teller.
