Wasted my time and not being helpful
There doesn't seem to be sufficient staff and wait times are longer than they should. I think its because of post COVID protocols because I remember walking in before COVID and getting quick service.
A 2 week wait for appointment is not the professionalism I was hoping for. Also I've been trying to call all day and no one answers. I should have chosen a different bank.
