First, you wait in line for 20 minutes so that the 1 teller on duty can tell you that you have to be seated and wait for a banker. Then, you wait 40 more minutes for a banker to come tell you that they're going to lunch and you'll be waiting at least 20 more minutes for the only other person available. Finally, the teller has the audacity to tell me that they all have other things to do. Really? I have other things to do too!
