I had a terrible visit to the bank today. There was only one young woman working there; while I was waiting for my turn, another woman arrived and cut in front of me, and the way I was treated was not good.
The teller was very kind and friendly,willing to help with my needs.
Huge shoutout to Crystal for her amazing help today. I had a massive amount of paperwork to notarize and expected it to take multiple days. Crystal was extremely patient, welcoming, and efficient. After 10 years of banking with Wells Fargo, it’s great to see that excellent customer service is still alive and well. Thank you, Crystal!
The large man that seems to always be at the drive up window, is very argumentative and unprofessional. Everytime I encounter him, he changes the transaction routine that I've had with other tellers into a excessive, argumentative, circus act. I've made two deposits recently and he has given me a hard time on both occasions. Both times doing things completely opposite of the previous tellers I've experienced.
