This branch is in a rough area, but I had the best experience there. After trying multiple locations without success, both walking in and trying to get an appointment, I walked in with my adult daughter (that needed to separate her account opened with mine as a teen). We were greeted with a smile and got great service. Thank you, Gina!
Had an appointment for 11 and I had come in at 10:30 and waited until 11:45 that’s 15 minutes before closing, and they still didn’t help me, only 1 person was working and the others were just talking
I had the pleasure of opening 2 new accounts today at Wells Fargo in High Point, NC. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and also the Manager came to consult with me before being guided to the office of Marlon Carranza, who expertly took me thru the process of opening a new checking and new savings account.
