I have been waiting for over 6 months for someone from the corporate office to contact me. My family and I have been banking with them since they were Wachovia. I have 4 accounts and my father also has 4. (2 personal, 2 business) We are not in the forbes 500 club but being ignored and pushed to the side when all I asked was for an explanation of why bank fees went up yet services were eliminated. I had a terrible visit to the bank today. There was only one young woman working there; while I was waiting for my turn, another woman arrived and cut in front of me, and the way I was treated was not good.
The teller was very kind and friendly,willing to help with my needs.
